Riverside Christian High School Extra and Co-Curricular Activities

Students at RCHS are encouraged to expand their life experiences by participating in a variety of extra-curricular activities. RCHS offers Athletics Fine Arts including Drum-line, Choir, Art, and drama.

In addition, RCHS has an established “ASB” Associated Student Body in which individuals are elected by fellow students to the office of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chaplin, and Class Representative. ASB plans social events and special presentations for student participation.

An on going commitment to missions, both local and abroad, gives student the opportunity to give back through missionary trips and special events. A passion for God is encouraged through participation in weekly chapel services through music, drama, preaching, and other worship oriented activities. Each year the RCHS plans a three day spiritual winter retreat. All students are invited to this time of community bonding and revival of commitment to God.

It is the schools desire to have all RCHS students participate in activities outside of school and school events. Those attending RCHS are expected to go beyond themselves by being a proactive member of the community through church participation, volunteer activities, and outreach projects. Students can earn community service hours by joining in such events.
