			David Avila - Director of Cougar Support Programs Education: Attended Grace Bible College (1982-1985) and Mt. San Antonio College (1981-1982) Credentials: COMT Certification-Doheny Eye Institute. Experience: Over 20 years of service in pastoral care. Currently serves as Youth Pastor at Renaissance Church in Norco. For the past six years he has worked at Riverside Christian Schools. 			Officer Chris Harding - Campus Safety Officer (CSO) Chris is highly qualified and has been in law enforcement for 22 years with the Federal Air Marshall Service and the US Justice Dept. During his career he has been: a hostage negotiator, Field Training Officer, Law Enforcement Instructor, Special Operations Response Team Member, Disturbance Control Team Officer, and a Correctional Officer/Counselor, amongst other roles.  He is Certified by the Institute of Campus Safety, which credentials Safety Officers for the school environment.

RCS DAY CARE

Extended day care is available for students in grades K-8 before school beginning at 6:30 am and for K-5th after school until 6:00 pm. Study hall is available for 6-12th grades after school until 6:00pm. Grades 6-8th are not charged for A.M. day care. Students in K-5th arriving prior to 7:30 am MUST sign in to day care. Likewise, students not involved in a supervised school activity and remaining on campus a half hour after school is dismissed are REQUIRED to go to day care (middle/high school students go to study hall). Students not picked up will automatically be taken to day care/study hall and the families will be billed. Study Hall students must sign in at their designated area on the middle or high school campus.

Prepaid Day Care

For those who use day care on a daily basis, there is a savings for signing up for one of the prepaid plans. Prepaid day care is an annual fee billed along with tuition according to the payment plan selected by the family. Extra time used any day beyond hours of a selected plan will be billed at the hourly rate.

Day care / Study Hall

Day Care/Study Hall closes at 6:00 p.m. The charge after 6:00 p.m. is $1.00 per minute, paid at the time of pick up to the teacher in charge. If a child is unable to be picked up by 6:00 p.m., day care/study hall must be notified beforehand. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the child from the day care/study hall program. Arrangements should be made to have the child picked up by another authorized adult.

Holiday Day Care is available on some non-school days as published in the school calendar. The cost is $25 for normal school hours; $30 for a full day for all students attending. Prepaid day care does not include holiday day care.



Summer Day Camp

Summer Day Camp is available during the summer months for students in K-8th mid June to late August from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm. Activities include daily devotional, indoor and outdoor games, weekly field trips (skating, bowling, swimming, etc.), movies and much, much more. Applications are available in March in the school office on any RCS campus.

SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

All lunches are $3.50 per day.

**Each meal will include a hot main dish, side dish, fruit or fruit alternative, along with a beverage**


SAME DAY LUNCH ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCESS

Lunches can be paid with cash or lunch ticket. Lunch tickets are $3.50 and can be purchased in the chapel office. Make checks payable to Complete Food Service. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 fee.
Lunch tickets can only be used for plate lunches and snack bar combo lunches. Snack bar misc items are individually priced and will be cash only purchases.
Orders and payments for Preschool students must be placed by 8:30am.
Orders and payments for Elementary students must be placed with their teacher by 8:30 am.
Orders and payments for all Middle and High Schools students must be placed with their first period by 8:00 am.
Emergency lunches will be offered for those students that miss their deadline. Lunch tickets, cash, or IOU’s will be accepted.
IOU's - If your child does not have payment for lunch an IOU ticket will be given and a copy will be sent home. Payment must be submitted by the following day.
