Anna Gamble - Retired Marine and Teacher

Anna Gamble has been part of the RCS family for over 16 years as a parent, teacher, and supporter. She was a Drill Instructor in the U S Marines, where she was enlisted for 13 years. Her current involvements in the Riverside community include: being a member of Home Owner Association Board for her neighborhood, serving as the chaplain for the mission department of her church, and tutoring children of all ages in order to help them succeed in their endeavors. She is a prayer warrior, and was appointed by Mr. Moran to be the coordinator for the RCS Prayer Partners.

Mechelle Larkin-Davis - Staff Analyst

Mechelle Larkin-Davis currently has one child at RCS. She is an expert in organizational analysis and financial stability in human service organizations. She is a leader with a strong vision for excellence at RCS with the skills to help make that happen.

John Moran - Superintendent - Interim Elementary Principal

Education: Masters of Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education - Concentration in Teaching and Curriculum. BA in History from the University of Massachusetts.
Doctoral student at USC in K-12 Leadership.

Credentials: ACSI Superintendent Certification. Licensed Minister. Certified Ministry Coach.
Experience: 15 years in Christian Schools and Universities.

Ed Loo - CFO - Ex-Officio Board Member

Education: BS from the University of Southern California, major in accounting
Experience: Over 35 years experience in all areas of private enterprises ranging from DoD contractors, restaurant management and co-owner of software services organization

Brian Wemple - IT Professional

Brian Wemple currently has 2 children at RCS. He is an IT expert and  a leader in several community services, including the Boy Scouts of America. He has a strong background in fundraising for various nonprofits. He is an analytical problem solver, who has been a long-time supporter of RCS.

Ron Haywood -

Ron Haywood currently has 2 children attending RCS and has been an involved parent in the RCS family over 10 years. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Management and his Masters in Management/Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has been in the field of law enforcement for 25 years. Ron is a youth and high school coach and has been for over 20 years. He is also CEO of Press Break Basketball Academy. He and his family are strong supporters of the RCS family.
